Dr. Guy and his staff are simply the BEST! I was very self conscious about an issue that I had with my bottom lip and Dr. Guy was so kind to listen and create a treatment plan based on my desired goals.  You have to be very careful when choosing someone to work on your face. I have had bad experiences with local med spas in town that push products and lack experience. Dr. Guy is an experienced facial plastics doctor that has a steady hand and pays great attention to detail. He listens to the desires of the patient to achieve an outcome that you want without judgment. I don't like the term plastic surgeon because I don't know anyone that wants to look plastic. The truth is that at this office they want you to feel far from plastic. They want you to look naturally beautiful so that you feel your VERY best! If you visit his office you will see the difference.  I highly recommend Dr. Guy!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Guy highly enough! He and his team are efficient, understanding, and very talented. Dr. Guy took the time to listen to my concerns and not only offer solutions, but explain in detail what I could expect. I had a negative experience at a local med spa before so I was a little nervous about trying cosmetic procedures again, but I couldn’t be happier with the results! My Botox looks natural and I will definitely go back to Dr. Guy, and only Dr. Guy, for all my future Botox...and eventually fillers too!

I cannot gush about Dr. Guy and his staff enough! Not only did he do exactly what I wanted to my face… They were like family the whole time through. They called to check on me through recovery, were always pleasant to talk to at the office and on the phone.

I wanted people to not directly notice my facelift, but to notice something different and that’s exactly what happened. The before and after pictures are nothing short of a miracle. I look 10 or 15 years younger.

The staff is wonderful and Dr Guy is a genius! I’ve wanted to have my neck drapery and lower face sags removed for quite a while. I was on the fence about getting facial surgery for a few years after retirement. I was nervous, so I watched many you tube videos for months. I was also a long distance runner with sun damaged skin. Plus, I had hereditary dark circles under my eyes. I'll make a long story short. Because of my skin type, my options were limited, something I understood. I first had a chemical peel. My results were great! Macey, Erin and Abbey are GEMS. I was so comfortable with the office environment, and visiting with Dr. Guy, I decided to get my feet wet slowly with a few "procedures". I am so happy I made the decision to go through with the surgeries! I feel better about myself totally. I am so grateful to Dr. Guy and his Amazing staff!! I can't say enough great things about them. Dr. Guy is caring, listens, down to earth and approachable. He answers every question. If you've been nervous as I was, get off the fence. I was scared and maybe I could've done things all at once, but every single time was a comfortable and safe experience. My procedures were in the office. (UB, MFL, BRLFT). Each time was like a dream. I fell asleep and woke up bandaged and ready to go home. I followed instructions and the office was available to answer any issues that may have come up. Thank you Dr. Guy and Faceguy staff!!!

I can not recommend Dr Guy enough for a Rhinoplasty!
I have wanted one since I was 15 years old. I got close to doing it several times but always got too nervous. I wanted something that looked natural and I was terrified of a botched nose that would ultimately make me hate my nose more. I live in the Waco area and researched Drs all over the DFW and Austin area. When I found Dr Guy here in Waco, I thought there is no way a good surgeon is here.... well, he is! I scheduled a consult and knew right away Dr Guy was the one that would do my surgery. I felt immediately at ease upon meeting him and his staff. They are WONDERFUL and I had nothing but a great experience from beginning to end. The best part of my nose? It looks natural! It completely fits my face perfectly. Dr Guy is very precise and particular. He took time to listen to what I wanted in a new nose and he did just that! Even my husband was impressed with the results! I still can't believe I finally did it and I wish I hadn't waited until my 30s! I love my new nose and I will be forever grateful to Dr Guy!

I wish I could Dr. Guy and his staff more than 5 stars. If you are looking for a sign to book an appointment here, this is it. Dr. Charles Guy knows EXACTLY what he is doing and I will trust him time and time again. I was extremely nervous about my appointment (I got a liquid rhinoplasty) but he carefully listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, and was open and honest about what results could be achieved with this type of service. Not only that, but his staff is also fantastic. They are so kind, welcoming, and also extremely knowledgeable. The confidence they have given me is worth more than they charge. So trust me and book and book your appointment here if this is something you have been wanting.

As a physician myself - my expectations & standards of care are higher than the "average patient" - and have been quite impressed with Dr. Guy and his staff. I had a procedure on Monday in his office and 4 days latter the results are AMAZING despite not fully healed yet. They provide close follow-up and do GREAT work at a very reasonable price. Dr. Guy is the "go-to" facial specialist in Central Texas and the quality of his work exceeds that of what is available in the Waco-Temple area - and even Austin - where I practice. I am most impressed with, and recommend, Facial Plastic Surgery of Central Texas without reservation. Dr. Guy is one of those rare physicians who is able to combine the "science" of medicine with the "art" of his specialty.

Dr. Guy is the best! I have seen him for fillers and Botox for 7 years. I love my results because I look natural and rested instead of fake. He is an artist and applies that knowledge to give you superior results. I had a horrible experience with fillers in Southlake, so when Dr. Guy came to town I was a little hesitant to try fillers again.  I'm so happy I tried with him and that I do not need to leave town to get my face rejuvenated.  I have a low pain threshold and before a procedure he applies a fantastic numbing cream and an ice roller. Those make the procedures virtually pain-free. The office is beautiful and his staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Guy.

Dr. Guy is absolutely amazing! I had a facelift along with the CO2 laser treatment, and the results took 20 years off my face. My skin looks refreshed, youthful, and so natural—better than I ever imagined. The whole experience was painless, no general anesthesia, and with a surprisingly quick recovery. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Dr. Guy to anyone considering cosmetic surgery or skin treatments.
